DB/KB One arm floor-press


  • from the ground always press the KB or dumbbell with both hands and keep your other hand nearby in cause of failure
  • concentrate on using the pectoral muscles
  • for the other hand use the second kb/dumbbell prepared on the opposite side
  • the kettlebell again will provide a more beneficial force curve and is more convenient to put down on the floor
  • exhale while you press, inhale while you putting DB / KB down
