  • the kettlebell is friendlier to the shoulders and offers a more attractive force curve, so if you have them available, prefer them
  • at all costs retain as much upright position as possible, do not lean to one side, use the abdominal muscles to stabilize
  • breathing out is associated with pressing overhead
  • switch arms after performing all prescribed reps
