TRX / BB Inverted rows


  • if you do not have a TRX, you can also perform it on gymnastic rings, Smith machine or bar, racked in a squat stand
  • pull yourself towards the chest (inhale)
  • if the variation with the feet on the box is too difficult for you (less than 5 reps), start with feet on the ground
  • the aim is to do as many reps as possible, if you can do more than 15, add external weight to your body (weighted vest or a plate put on your trunk)
