RPT 1.0

Program Overview

In this training protocol, you will start with creating the mind-muscle connection (by training of structural balance), followed by developing the ability to properly use your muscles during the basic lifts (by training of structural foundations). After that you will focus on increasing your power production (training for maximal strength). And finally, you accomplish your journey to create a powerful body by training for maximal performance.
